Founder/President – Susanna Mandel-Mantello

Susanna Mandel-Mantello (Sm2), has worked in the sports industry for over 14 years, including eight years (1996-’04) at the National Hockey League as Director of International Broadcasting.

While at the NHL, Sm2 was responsible for negotiating all NHL contracts with international rightsholders. Sm2 developed and produced the NHL’s first World

Feed for the Stanley Cup Finals and All-Star Games. Sm2 also launched the first weekly pool of games to be delivered to broadcasters around the world (allowing, for the first time, broadcasters to significantly reduce their technical costs).

Since leaving the NHL in 2004 and founding Sm2 Sports, a number of broadcasters have signed up with Sm2 to continue delivering sports programming as they relied on Sm2’s competitive pricing, high level of customer service and excellence in the technical delivery.

Before entering the sports industry, Sm2 worked in investment banking for Merrill Lynch in New York City. Sm2 has an undergraduate degree from NYU and has earned an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. A native of Florence, Italy, Sm2 now resides in Greenwich, Connecticut with her family.

Philip McInnes - Chief Operating Officer

Philip McInnes has been working at a senior management level in the sports distribution and syndication business for over twenty five (25) years, including senior management positions at Intelsat, British Telecom, Globecast and the European Broadcasting Union.

Philip has an extensive knowledge of the sports syndication and distribution business, from both a business and an operational perspective, and has a close and personal working relationship with most sports agencies, sports rights holders, and sports broadcasters around the world.

Philip holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Portsmouth in England, a Master of Science Degree from the University of London in England, and a Degree in Criminal and Constitutional Law from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, California.

Philip is a UK, USA and French citizen, currently living in Asia. Philip is fluent in English, French, and Thai.
